No-Show & past 24 hr Cancellation Fee:
$50 FEE or 50%- FULL PRICE of treatment will be charged for all No-Shows, No-Calls
& Cancellations LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE appointment time.

& deduct from your total treatment time
to service our scheduled clients with no interruption~
Late Fee:
$25 will be charged to your CC on file for all clients 15-30 minutes late.
*after 30 mins your appointment is a “cancellation” & policies will apply
Service may continue with full treatment price, but the time will be modified
to ensure the clients to follow have no interruption.
Refund Policy:
All Sales are FINAL. NO cash refunds. Spa Credit will be offered for remaining balances.
