Iris Alisha Huddy

Iris Huddy opened Mermade Spa in 2009, and is the sole owner and lead Esthetician. She received her Esthetician license after graduating from Spa Luna Holistic Esthetics School on Maui in 2008.  Iris is originally from Hilo, Hawaii, and after completing her studies, she returned to Hilo to open her own day spa.

Along with a wide variety of treatments from facials to lash extensions and full body waxing, she also features fresh hand-crafted custom skin care blends. Iris loves using local seasonal ingredients like papayas, bananas, avocados, honey, seaweed and more to create fun facial masks for individual skin types.  Her passion is to handcraft special creations from facial toner mists to full body scrubs, while offering a holistic and natural approach to all skin types. 

Mermade Spa has recently introduced a namesake skin care line, 'Mermade Handcrafted Skin Care'.  All products boast organic wild crafted ingredients, and are lovingly designed for every skin type.  Iris has studied the use of pure therapeutic essential oils to the health of the body & skin, while she also customizes products with oils based upon specific needs. Her love and devotion to her clientele continues to grow everyday from healthy glowing skin, perfect eyelash extensions, and professional waxing services.
